PEHP is also celebrating National Nutrition Month. PEHP wants to encourage you to watch their nutrition-based webinars. Nutrition webinar options include meal planning, the truth about sugar, and diet trends. Watch the webinars here.
The PEHP “Wellness On-Demand” page is fully up and running now. New content is added regularly, so make sure you check occasionally for new challenge and webinar options. When you register for a Wellness Challenge or Move More Challenge, you will receive one email a week for four consecutive weeks with tips and resources to help you reach your goals.
