In February we started a commerce roundtable, with the goal of having a channel for employees to voice concerns, ideas and feedback to senior leadership about things that affect their work at Commerce. Employee representatives from all divisions and offices will meet monthly to discuss issues. The plan is that employee representatives will change quarterly to give many different employees an opportunity to serve.
